Event security means ensuring safety at events of any scale: from closed negotiations and private receptions to business presentations and public gatherings. The goal is full situational control while preserving the atmosphere of the event. Preparation starts with analysing the venue, layout, entrances, evacuation routes, guest list, programme and schedule. We define restricted-access zones and develop a security plan with responsibility zones and response scenarios for each stage. Security includes access control, order maintenance and rapid response to emergencies. Personnel act correctly and discreetly — without interfering with the event or appearing on camera, but fully ready to act. On request we organise personal escort for principals, delegations and public figures — open or covert, per personal protection rules. Interaction with venue administration and emergency services is agreed in advance. All procedures are approved before work begins.
